I read some of the other reviews so I thought I'd give my own, this product is ******* beast for me since I'm a marketing agency specialist and I sit for really damn long periods of time on my computer, it became almost intolerable to deal with the shaky, numb hands & I saw this thing through TikTok so I was like might as well and damn it's been good. I couldn't recommend this enough for people who work LONG hours using a computer and got some type of weird pain. Putting your arm natural allows you still use your mouse just fine but provides some quality relief, 5/5

Because of remote work, I've been working at home from my computer and that has led to prolonged times working at my desk which has caused my carpal tunnel syndrome to skyrocket. As a result, I bought this, and it has been the best investment for my body in a very long time. It adds the perfect amount of support without moving around too much or anything of that nature and the fact that it can rotate however you want is a great feature. This has been a God send for my right hand because of its foam added support while using my mouse and resting my hand, my carpal tunnel syndrome is practically negligible, it no longer bothers me in my day-to-day routine and I can go back to using my computer without the feeling of a sharp pinched nerve. The padding looked a little thin on the images but in real life, it's just fine - in fact it's so fine I'll end up ordering a second one because it makes WFH and gaming painless. For those wondering, my desk is the "Powell World Map Printing Curved X-Sided Computer Desk" which has a rounding metal piece near the front but 1.5-inch flat gap where I was able to install this. Side by side analysis: Pros: - Reduced arm pain from typing/mouse usage - Makes working and gaming comfortable - Easy to Install - Small improvement in the way I sit when doing work on my desk - Fast delivery Cons: - A bit on the pricier side - If you have a wooden desk, you may want to buy something to cushion the ******** mechanism In Conclusion: 9.5/10 - This is the one few purchases I am very impressed with as it does as advertised and I look to order a second one for my left arm so both of my arms can experience comfort. I highly recommend if you work a desk job or do something on computers for long hours

Thank God I work from home now & I needed to add to my work desk at home since I sit for long hours working daily. There was so much strain on my right arm & hand initially & I'd feel pain. But now it's waaaay more comfortable for me. Next on my list will be getting a whole new desk. But get this for armrest extension... It works & id durable thus far, but please make sure you look at the photo provided by the seller and see if your table is the same as the one in the photo. This only works on square-edge table tops without drawers. It does not work on non of the tables in my house or at work since all of them either have drawers or have a sliding tray for keyboards.

Does just what I want it to do, support my arm on the offside of my desk. I had one I had to constantly retighten and adjust but once I put this one where I wanted it and cranked it down, it stayed put. Also, the padding on top is comfortable without feeling all fakey plasticky. Think it's a great deal saying it allows me to get a lot more work done comfortably without no more pain.

A practical item made perfectly. The sturdiness is quite good - love the comfort. The size is just right - not a huge bulky thing - this allows for the forearm to rest comfortably as you maneuver your mouse without overcrowding space. I honestly got this to add as a side dish for my mouse and my arm is grateful since it is designed as an armrest. What a wonderful find, little on the pricier side at $35 though, it was pushing the budget but I'm still very happy with my purchase!

I wish I learned about this product sooner! I get terrible burning pain in my shoulder blade from sitting at my desk all day, going back and forth between the mouse and the keyboard. This armrest is perfect! I tried a different kind prior to this armrest but it held my arm in an unnatural position and caused more pain. This armrest is supportive and feels like a natural extension of the desk. I love that it adjusts180°. I like it so much that I bought a second one to put my resting hand while using a computer for my job :)

This has been a wrist saver during quarantine! I sit at a pretty narrow desk and my wrist kept being bent at an odd angle when using the touch pad on my laptop. I bought this and I finally have space to rest my elbow and wrist. An added bonus that I wasn’t aware of - it rotates! So I can turn it depending on whether I’m using my mouse or touch pad. Easy to install as well. Would buy again!

I play a lot of Rocket League on my gaming PC so naturally I've been getting some underside forearm pain as a result which was ******* me off but ever since I bought this its mostly negatable, can still play the game w/out pain mostly. For $35 I think it's a good deal for someone with some form of wrist/arm pain or just serious gamers.
